Facilitation & Training

Deni is a seasoned facilitator with a pragmatic approach. Participants say that she is knowledgeable and motivating, and that her workshops are stimulating, relevant and productive. This is achieved through appropriately blending designed input, discussion, peer sharing and relevant in-the-moment insights. She has a wealth of experience in working closely with clients to design and facilitate a diversity of interventions for leadership, team and talent development, as well as change and transformation.

Across her career, she has designed and/ or facilitated hundreds of

  • face-to-face, outdoor and virtual workshops/events/programmes for 4 to 80 people
  • 60min sessions to two-day workshops to 6-month programmes with follow-up coaching

Overall, she focuses development and facilitation interventions on achieving tangible outcomes for the participants and their organisation.

Just a quick note to say that Deni has been doing an amazing job supporting me with the client’s change management project. Deni and I facilitated a workshop with the Nordics & Baltics leadership team yesterday. As you both know this project is pushing the boundaries of what we as a company can do, which requires a lot of flexibility, positivity and thinking on our feet. Representative Client Engagements:

  • Senior facilitator (part of a small associate team) of virtual workshops (60 to 180-minutes) covering topics related to change and transformation for both leaders and employees. The majority being delivered as a programme of five to six workshops spanning three or four-months. These are for a variety of organisations, including telecoms, energy, pharma, financial and corporate services. These programmes typically receive ratings of 8.5-9.4/10 across all categories.
  • Co-designed and facilitated a 6-month programme for key senior leaders to develop their capabilities to accelerate transformation within their business. The programme provided a rich learning experience; combining personalised learning journeys (assessment and coaching) and development as a leadership community (3 half-day workshops, group transformation project and 4 group coaching sessions). (Technology).
  • Design & delivery of Project Handover Training (technical and behavioral elements; 5 half days & 2 group coaching sesions) for over 400 Construction, Project & End User participants across 18mths to deliver a step change on handing over projects to end users – Won an in-company Silver Award for outstanding contribution (Defence).
  • Lead trainer & coach for a niche leadership programme (300 plus, MDs & Senior MDs across EALA, 3 days plus coaching) within a global Financial Services consultancy to deliver improved bottom line results on sales and revenue growth.
  • Designed and facilitated four sessions with a new Nordics leadership team to develop how they operated together in order to deliver the business transformation objectives. The team aligned under a new purpose and created a 6-month change roadmap (Global Technology).
  • Coached and facilitated a leadership team of 12 plus the Director through Phase 1 of a 5-year Change Programme to significantly transform the division and its operational productivity (18mth interim, Defence).
  • Designed and delivered a 6-month team development programme for an IT Director and his team, which included a mix of team development, facilitated workshops for the management team and 1:1 coaching (Corporate Services).
  • Facilitated workshops to aid the transition of an acquired company into its new division whilst relocating that division onto a new site. Subsequently facilitated a series of change workshops for leaders and employees, including 1:1 coaching sessions (Pharmaceutical).
